My wife needs to go back to china for a short vist(2 months). When she comes back, what kind of documents she needs to bring to get her H-4 visa? I changed my F-1 to H-1 two years ago in the USA. Accordingly, she changed F-2 to H-4. Do you think she will have any problems to get the H-4 visa?
