If you have time, could you tell me what I should do: I've filed H1-B 3 year extention (my I-140 already approved) on Feb5, however my wife in China urgently need my H-1 to apply for visa ASAP. Can I still pay USCIS $1000 now to switch my case to premium process? What form should I fill and send to USCIS? (I'm in Los Angeles) My greedy lawyer asked for another $400 to do it for me but I'm already ripped off by him. Do you think it's difficult for me to do it myself?
