485 transfer to NC, update 4 time since then, what is going on ? NIWgal2007-03-02 16:20:58

my 485 was transferd to NC at the begining of Feb. since then it has been updated for 4-5 time but no change about the content.PD hasnm't become current yet. does anyone have a good explaination in this regarding ? thanks.
