My PERM application was ted electronically last Friday. Supposedly the Labor Department would send a questionnaire to my employer to complete within a week. But my employer is on a business trip and won't be back until next Tuesday. Does anybody here know how to deal with this situation? Do I have to re and how long can I wait to re? Does it have any negative impact??
