Hello,

My wife current H1B ( the first 3 years) is going to expire on 09/30/2007.
We are plan to go back beijing in May 2007 for two weeks vacation.
and apply h1b visa in beijing. Her comany will renew her h1b after we come back beijing on 06/02/2007.

I want to know, since she only has 4 months left on her h1b, may she apply h1b visa in beijing in may?
