I am EB-3(IT company) and I485 pending for more than 400 days now. My priority date was in 2001, mainland China. I know that it is allowed to change Employer after I485 pending for more than 180 days.
Current employer's EAD card is valid till Oct20,2007.
My question is that,
If I go to a new employer on 5/1/2007, do I need the new employer to sponsor any thing after Oct20, 2007? Or new employer simply gives me one document for me to work with my private lawyer to renew EAD by myself?
