EAD pending在TSC已经100多天了，上次去local office查，没有结果。回来后在网上查到了CIS发给各个service center director和disctrict office director的interoffice memorandum, 上面说：
...Adjudication of Form I765 must occur prior to Day 70 in order for the EAD to be received by the applicant prior to Day 90....
In the event that an application is not adjudicated within the regulatory time frame, each Service Center and the NBC have established a decicated telephone line to answer field office inquiries when an applicant appears for an interim EAD. Since the affacted alien will be in the field office at the time the inquiry is made, the NBC and Service Centers will attempt to respond to any inquiry within 30 minutes of receipt...
Once contacted by a local office, it will be the responsibility of the Service Center or NBC to either adjudicate the pending Form I-765 or issue an interim EAD.
拿着这个Memo今天又去了一趟field office, 碰到了一个nice的officer, 她直接打电话过去询问，TSC那边还没上班，有人接电话说会expedite我的case, 但没有解释为何delay. 我怕他们说expedite只是应付一下，就说在local office等。一个小时后，officer又打了个电话过去，TSC那边在10分钟后回电，说今天就处理，我不好意思再赖在那里就回来了，因为field office已经做了他们该做的。希望下个星期就能收到approval notice.
