我太太H1B, 今年09/30/2007到期.我们五月份回北京探亲, 5/21/2007在北京签证.
我太太在一家非常大的公司上班, HR特别麻烦,他们不愿写信说明公司will process H1b when my wife back.
but they told my wife they can process my wife's h1b extension now.
and my wife can show the h1b receipt in beijing US embassy.
我有两个问题
1.如果我们现在不延期H1B, 请问是否会因为H1B快到期签证时有麻烦.
2.我们想知道H1B在延期过程中可以回国签证吗.
