My H1 visa will be expired at July 31th and I need to renew it.
My hu*****and is still in china now, and I don't think he will apply for the H4 visa before this coming July 31th. Do I need to file the H1 documents for myself, and file 539 (h4 documents) for my hu*****and? Or what my hu*****and need for his application visa is all of my H1 visa document? When we just come here, we shared the same documents to apply for the visa. Since it is for H1 renewal, and my hu*****and has already been here for more than one year, I think maybe everything is different from the first time.
