My I485 was filed together with I140 to NSC in late September, 2005. Due to the short preparation time, I didn't get physical examination and employment letter. I got my Advance Perole approved soon after I filed my application and got I140 approved recently. (question1)Do you think I will get RFE for those two missing documents? (question2)or there is a chance that they can pass me without RFE? In addition, I got my first Finger Print in late January,2006, and second on early April, 2007, but I had to postpone it. I got re-arranged to early May, 2007, I postponed again. I got another re-arrangement to mid May, 2007. Those dates are not convenient for me. (question3)can I walk in to an office that is near to my current work place? (question 4)is there any implication since I have got the request fro second finger print?
