Email的核心内容是这么说的：
Current Status: Document OTHER THAN CARD manufactured and mailed.
On May 2, 2007, we mailed the document we manufactured based on our
earlier approval of this case, and mailed it to the address on we have on
file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do
not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service.
仅从文字上看，有两点：
1. Document OTHER THAN CARD manufactured 意思好像是寄的东西不是卡；
2. we mailed the document we manufactured based on our
earlier approval of this case 这句话又非常明白的说是早先批准了。
现在大致有以下几种回答或猜测：
1. "No,请注意Other Than Card". 以Xiaobaitu为代表的，我想这是根据文字上的主观推测，值得商榷。如果是象摸大象那样只看“Other Than Card”，答案自然是“No”. 如果再看下面“we mailed the document we manufactured based on our earlier approval of this case”,这个“No”只能说是"No"卡，不能说是"No" Approval；
2. 说是RFE,FP之类的Notice。现在没有看到这里的案例的证据；
3. 说是改地址，移民局没有收到或是没有更新地址，寄出的东西被退回到了移民局。这个有人说是在别的移民网站上看到了，但不出去退回去的到底是什么，没有说不是批准通知的；
4. 这里有一位同胞说就是批准通知，他/她收到就是这样一个Email，然后收到批准通知。因为没有说得详细，需要求证；
5. 有数位同胞，包括我本人给USCIS打了电话询问，都是说是批了。我专门就"Document OTHER THAN CARD manufactured and mailed"这一句追问了一下，电话上那位说是这封Email表面，先寄批准通知，卡这次还没有寄。
综上所述，我的主观猜测是：可能是批准了，但寄的不是卡，是批准通知。从这一句上看we mailed the document we manufactured based on our earlier approval of this case但有一点不确定，就是没有明确表面这个“document”就是"Approval notice".这里至少有一点不能否认：based on our earlier approval。
本人曾就同一个移民问题问过10个以上律师，答案是完全不同，甚至相反的。另外的问题电话问了不同的USCIS代表，回答也完全不同。所以无论是谁说的，看同类的实际案例最有说服力。
