My 3rd year H1-b will expire in 6 months. I have the following questions:

1. how much time do I need to renew H1-B before it expires?
2. suppose that for the H1-B renew, I only receive H1-B receipt notice, I do not receive H1-B approval notice until my H1-B expires, can I still work?
3. Do I need to use premium H1-B processing?
