LP在国内, 她的AP马上要过期(7月份), 需要Renew. 她六月底回来,约一个月后又要回国.
看了一下I131, 她的情况好象很复杂. 请大家指教:
1) Part2:
d: I am applying for an advance parole document to allow me to return to the United States after temporary foreign travel.
e: I am outside the United States and I am applying for an advance parole document.
她应该选哪个?
2) Part7:
2. If the person intended to receive an advance parole document is outside the United States, provide the location (city and country) of the American embassy or consulate or the DHS overseas office that you want us to notify.
这是什么意思? 难道申请AP还要到大使馆去一趟?
3) 照片问题: 上面说 "If you are applying for an advance parole document and you are outside the United States, do not the photographs with your application. Prior to issuing the parole document, the U.S. embassy or consulate or DHS office abroad will provide you with information regarding the photograph requirements.", 这岂不是说大使馆这一趟省不掉了? 她到底要不要交照片呀?
4) 最后, AP会寄到我在美国的地址, 为什么要通知大使馆, 还有要不要去大使馆?
