我和我妻子、小孩上个月刚递交NIW I-140申请。同时，我们现在正在办J签证转H签证。在填写i-539表格时，遇到两个问题是:
1. Are you，or any other person included on the application, an applicant for an immigrant visa?
2. Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or any other person included in this application?
请问这两个问题怎么回答？两个都是yes,还是只有一个yes?
