Hi, Just share with someone who has the similar situation.I got my Labor Certificat on Apr24 after 5 years delay, and then immediately sent out I140 and 485 on May19th, and got I140 approval in about 5days...and PD on the I140 is Junn13,2002.
Now I really expecting 485 will not be the next LC process, and anyone having the same thoughts or news, I hope we can share.
