此法律并未说明换工作是在180天以内或以外发生的，前提是
只要180天或以后身份未获调整，只要你有一份同性质的工作，
那么你的身份调整案仍然有效。
那么有两种情况，
一是180天以内你的485批了，(这种情况一般
不会发生)这种情况下你GC都有了，干什么人家也管不着了。
二是180天以内你的485未批，这种情况下你当然可以换工作，
至于你是180天以内换的还是180天以后换的，法律并未规定
