I am Ph.D student who have finished the course work and is doing dissertation. I got a system programmer offer from another University. I have submitted my OPT application. The Unversity I am going to work for promised to sponsor my H-1B application. Is there any chance I can get my H-1B application proved? Thank you for your comments and suggestions.
