接着我前面的帖再问一下：
NIW 140 approved last year. EB1a 140RFE/485 pending. 能不能不用交新的485， 而是interfiling NIW 140 with the pending I-485？ If yes, how long does it take? 如果不能interfiling, 那填新的485时A#是不是要和pending 485的A＃一样？

再有，是不是Eb－1A的RFE就没必要回了？
