My family applied LC(EB-3) and NIW.
EB-3's 140 was ted Dec.2004,NIW was applied Jul.2006. The both of I-140 are pending now.
Can we apply I-485 based on NIW first,later we switch NIW to EB-3 if NIW meets trouble ?
Does the switch directly,automatically act or need to re- I-485?
How to switch?
