我们年初申请了两个I-140（NIW&EB1a),目前两个都pending,我们应该回答"yes"吗？如果yes,两个都汇报么？还是只汇报NIW(我们要用NIW申请485）？

几年前先生还是F1的时候，我们用过WIC,这个要汇报吗？

先生在国内曾是共产党员，出国后就没有教过党费了。填“yes"还是“no"?
