我们公司有一个以前留下labor certificate,但是我搞不清它的PD是哪天.一个是
是08/30/03 filed LC with California EDD, it took one year for EDD to
process the initial application, then the LC application was sent to
the US department of Labor on 08/30/2004.我想知道倒底这个PD是03年还是
04年,谢谢!
