Hi,

I have some questions regarding I-131.

In part 3, it asks the “Date of Intended Departure”, “Expected Length of Trip”. In part 7, it asks “how many trips do you intend to use this document”. I understand that AP is used in emergency circumstances only. Is it advisable for me to leave these fields blank?

In part 7, it asks me to explain the qualification on a separate sheet(s) of paper. What should I do with this if AP is used for emergency circumstances only?
