I found one problem for my daughter's name. Her first name is Mingyue, which shows correct in her passport, birth certificate, I94 of first entry to US and my I140 application. However, it shows Ming Yue in her US visa, and shows Mingyu in her second I94 and H4 renewal notice, which is missed the last letter, e. We have filed my H1b and her H4 renewal and got the notice, in which her name is right as Mingyue. Now I am filing I485 and I131 for her. Do you think the name (Mingyu) in her I94 and H4 approval notice and Ming Yue in her visa will cause problem? If yes, how should deal with it? Thanks a lot,
