My I-140 was approved in TSC. My lawyer told me file I-485 to TSC, but instructions from TSC website and some others' opinions indicate I should file to NSC. Could someone give me a clarification about it? Thanks a million.

Most likely you're EB2 or EB3, you need to wait unitl July 1st.
