(1) Can I file I-824 for my daughter in China to join us with My I-140 and I-485 concurrent filing after my Perm was approved?
(2) Do I need to file I-864 form? from the form instruction, it is not very clear to me.
(3)July 30th is judged by Mail sending date or Mail recieving date, my perm will be just catching up with the deadline margin if my case goes fast.
