1. August can apply OPT, my advisor from international office told me it may take 2-3 months to get OPT approval
2. Or my hu*****and will file I-140 and I-485 with me next month, we also can apply EAD.
I prefer 2, but not sure if retrogression again, how long I can get EAD? 总觉得心里不踏实for 2. 是不是1.更好些
