我仔细读了I-485、I-131、I-765的说明，需要的文件其实很少,下面是我根据说明准备的Document List。不知网上那些非常齐备的List有什么道理，是为了减少日后被要求补交材料吗？多谢回复。

For Principal Applicant

I-485

1. I-485 Form with fee $395
2. Copy of Birth Certificate
3. Photos (Two, Names and Birthday on the back)
4. Medical Examination
5. Form G-325A
6. Evidence of Status (copy of I-94)
7. Employment Letter
8. Approval notice for an immigrant petition (I-140 Approval Notice, evidence of eligibility)

I-765
1. I-765 with fee $180
2. Copy of I-94(front and back)
3. Photos (Two, Names and Birthday on the back)


I-131

1. I-131 with fee $170
2. Copy of Driver’s License
3. Document showing present status
4. Explanation Letter
5. Photos (Two, Names and Birthday on the back)

For Spouse

I-485

1. I-485 Form with fee $395
2. Copy of Birth Certificate
3. Photos (Two, Names and Birthday on the back)
4. Medical Examination
5. Form G-325A
6. Evidence of Status (copy of I-94)
7. Marriage Certificate(evidence of eligibility)
