Think about why AILA is so active in this lawsuit...It is about $. For class lawsuit, AILA lawyers get the most.In all class actions, lawyers get millions, the named plaintiff may get a few thousands. To them, This is all about money, rather justice.

I am not an fan of such thing driven by lawyer's group interest.
