I140 NIW RD at VSC April 2004
I485 July 2004
1st FP April 8, 2005
I140 PD April 15, 2005
My wife NC cleared one week after filing I485, mine pending since then.
wrote to congressman, Senators, First Lady, FBI, no positive response
Filed WOM (MA) at end of March, starting 60-days clock on March 29, got MTD from US Attorney on May 29. summit response June 12, no news since then
Got 2nd FP notices for both of us yesterday (will be next week)(I485 have no update for more than 2 yrs, still no update for 2nd FP)
our cases still at VSC, no idea why not transfter to TSC as most did
went to Infopass today, disappointedly found out that my NC still pending. Before that, I thought my 2nd FP was triggered by WOM (assume they cleared NC), anyone have similar experience ? How suddenly send out 2nd FP (fortunatelly it is good timing, my wife will be back from China this week, and I will be back to China next month, this will be third time I use AP)
anyone got FP for long pending case recently (after July 2) ? Is this consequence of June visa crisis ?
counld be NC clear but not update on system so can't display from InfoPass ?
INFOPASS is always slower than real NC status.
