1。我准备同时递交两份140申请（同天或一个晚一天），这样可以吗？

2。如果可以，那part 4. 第6项：Has any immigrant visa petition ever been field by or on behalf of this person?

我该怎样回答呢？都答no,还是一个no,一个yes?

3。如果一个必须答yes的话，那please provide the case number, office location, date of decision and disposition of the decision on aseparate sheet(s) of paper.我该怎么写呢？我还没有case #,是不是我只须说何时，何地递交140，还没有收case#就可以了？ 或则说我必须的等一份的case # 下来后才能交第二份？
