xiabaitu please advise: how to transfer 485 from NIW to EB1a cff2007-07-16 20:37:51

小白兔，恳请给我的现状出个主意

我的NIW去年批准，按排期6月份可以递485。但是我6月中旬交上去的至今还没有receipt。check也没有cash.

同时7月刚收到EB1a的批准，现在真想从新递485跟着EB1a来。

我不知道transfer 485 work 吗？我的NIW在NSC, 但是EB1a 在TSC。

请问如果要做transfer,怎末做？写封信就行？怎末写？

据说7月可能还是能递485了，那我难道要再递一遍吗？要赶在涨价以前还是等涨价以后呢？
