1) I used original I-693 form signed by Dr for my 485 case accompanied with my EB1 case earlier. Now I want to submit a EB2 case (for a safe purpose) along with another 485. I have asked Dr to seal a COPY of the original I-693 form into an envelope. My question is can I use the COPY of the original I-693 for my new 485 application?
2) Can I use EB1 recommendation letters, in which it was claiming to support outstanding professor/researcher category (EB1), for NIW application? Since this will neglect asking for experts to sign again.
