my friend got H1B approved, it will be validate from 1st Oct 07
whether is H1B actiaved automatically inside US or need go to US Embassy outside of US to get H1B visa ? my friend in US as I-140 status.can my friend wait in US untill 1st Oct 07 , which is H1B starting date ?
