A few questions and hope someone can help!!
1. Can one change job after submitting 485, or 180 days after submitting 485?
My case: My PERM was approved this month and the lawyer is preparing 140 and 485. However, I have internally been transferred from my current company to parent company (my lawyer said this is considered job changing as they are two legal entities). Can I still use the approved PERM for 485 application? Or do I have to initiate a new application when I work in parent company? My transition is not officially until early next year. To me, it will only make sense to submit 485 now if I can change job after submission 485.
2. About AP, H-1b and I-94
根据用过AP的人反映，入关时所得的I-94通常只给一年时间。如果H-1B时间比一年长，I-94到期时能用H-1b的批准文件去延长吗？还是只能按AOS情况延长？
