关于 Fingerprint? qqwa 文学城

请问高手：
6/12/07 receipt date;7/7/07 notice date;NSC;PD: 10/05;PERM(EB2);
至今没有FP notice，正常吗？看到有人收到FP notice时，已错过了FP时间，
所以很着急。
