question on 485 form jjcl2007-07-25 02:46:42

I am filing I485 with my hu*****and who is filing his I140 and I485 concurrently. There is one question on Part 3(B): I list my hu*****and's name in the form. and there is one "Applying with you?" what should I answer? For my understanding, since I am applying with him, in my form the answer to the question should be "No". right?
