My NC is pending. Haven't heard any news of my own NC, yet. Here is some other info about NC. I think the more people write to the congress, the more they will take it seriously. It doesn't guarantee an individual can benefit from it immediately, though.

recently attended a training/workshop hosted by the USCIS Service Centers. It was clear ALL congressional offices were concerned with the delays at FBI as well as USCIS. It was reported discussions have occurred to improve this process but no details were provided."
