TB issue: DIRECTLY X-RAY WITHOUT TB could be denied directly reflash782007-07-26 17:53:06

My physical exam was done last year, the doctor suggested that I do x-ray directly since my previous TB test was positive( which is shown on the shot record). However he did not write down my TB test is positive. Only write down x-ray is normal.

Will this lead to a direct denial? an applicant from mit.bbs was issued Notice of intent to deny-I-485 because of TB ISSUE.
