我用过回美证，仍继续为公司工作。现在another公司想雇佣我，想为我申请H1B。象我这种情况，已用过回美证，我还想维持H1B身份，我能转换公司吗? Can another company apply for a new H1B for me? 我是以家属身份申请485的。Thank you very much for your help.
