2.other name used:"没有"应留空还是填"NONE"?
14.Manner of last entry(Visitor,Student,etc.):"H4"应填VISITOR还是直接填"H4"?
15.Current Immigration Status(Visitor,Student,etc.)"H4"应填VISITOR,"H4"还是其他形式?
16.Go go PART 2 of the Instructions, Eligibility Categories. In the space below, Place the letter and number of the category you selected from the instructions (for example,(a)(8),(c)(17)(iii),etc.) Eligibility under 8CFR274a.12 --记得PJIANG老师说,应填(c) (9) ( ),是什么意思啊??

最后,就是I-765表中,上面和下面两个方格内的内容均不用填写,对吗??
