I really miss my parents, so I decide to visit Shanghai on the coming October using H!. My attorney told me that I should not risk, because I have not received my AP. Is there anyone here can tell me how is the H1 visa issue situation in China? How high the percentage of background check? Any suggestions? I have only 10 days vacation time. Thank you!!!
