PERM, I-140, or 485?

2. When I first come to Canada, I worked as volunteer in a small IT shop to gain North America work experience. Now this company is out of business. I can't find HR or my manager. Should I include this experience into my work experience? If I put the experience in, will I have trouble in the future?
