One I140 based on NIW was filed on 07/05/2006, and the other
based on Eb1a on 04/09/2007. I filed one 485 based on NIW 140
in July 2007. I am not sure whether Eb1a based 485 can be
approved faster than NIW based 485. Please help what kind of
strategy I should do now? 1) Do nothing; 2) file second 485 based
on Eb1a; or 3) other suggestions ? Thanks a lot.
