On 7/2::: I used my firend's address when applied 485 (at that time, new apartment not settled)

On 8/31: I have moved to new apartment now, already got receipt numbers for 485 , but notice not arrive yet.

Question: Should I change address against CIS NOW or after I got EAD/FP etc ?
