Here is my situation:
PD: 08/30/2002.
I-140 Approved.
I-485 Filed on June 20, 2007.
Just found that I-485 for EB3 next month goes back to 09/01/2001, which is really frustrating.
Should I wait for it my I-485? Or ask my hu*****and to start his GC application? His company agreed to sponser him for EB-1B. I understand for one applicant there should not be 2 I-485 applications. We will have to give one up.
So what is my best option here?
