Thanks again. Possibly you did not see my posting on May 26, because so many postings are here. so i repost it here for your convenience. On the form there are two addresses. One is the place i worked. The other is the place in which my form was signed. I think the request should go to the second. I worry about it, because i want to get it soon. After i have it my wife can change her status to F-1 for her phd. The system show that the request was sent out on May 17, but RESE still does not have the letter. Do you think that i should contact DOS?
