尊敬的Pjiang, Xiaobaitu,
我现在在学校做postdoc, H-1b status.
我已经同意一所学校给我办H-1b transfer,材料可能已经递交移民局了.
我现在又有一个学校的教授说给我offer,问我可不可以。当然我倾向去后面的学校，原因是方向好，名气大。
请问现在我还可以让这个教授给我弄H-1b transfer 吗？ 这样对我身份及绿卡申请有影响吗？我NIW-140已经批准。
多些大虾指点！
