Hello,
We are writing to update on you on the receipt of filing receipts for the AOS cases filed in June, July, and up to August 17. Since the filing of the cases, XXXXX has received receipt notices from the USCIS at a slow pace and in inconsistent order. In the past few days, the volume has increased and XXXXX has received over 2500 receipt notices since last Friday.
The firm is currently working to intake these receipts, which we expect to complete by Monday, October 2. After this group of receipts is processed and data entered into our database, we will run reports on the data in order to identify any gaps. Should the data show that all but a few cases from a particular filing date or period have had receipts, we will investigate further by checking with our bank for a copy of the cashed filing fee check and/or contacting the USCIS.
Note that large amounts of receipts continue to be received at the firm each day and so we will continue to devote efforts to intaking the receipts until they are all received and data entered.
I will post information regarding the volume of receipts received and data trends that we see as we run these reports.
