Please submit a current employment letter from your petitioning employer outlining your specific job responsibilities in detail, salary, and prospect of future employment. The letter must be signed, Dated, and on company letterhead.
目前公司可以出具这封信。问题是：我们申请的是NIW，申请时是在大学搞研究，在140批准后，目前换到了一家小型企业，但还是搞和原来一样的研究工作、研究内容。有人说像这种情况比较难办，可能会被拒，不知是不是这样？另外，申请NIW为什么要petitioning employer的信？这是怎么回事？该如何处理呢？
