Is anyone in the same boat: I-485 notice arrived I-140 hasn’t come?
My I-140 was mailed before 7/24/2007. By now, there is no any notice for I-140.
My I-485 was mailed on 7/24/2007. I-485 notice mailed to me on 9/14/2007, and finger print notice mailed to me on 9/29/2007.
